The victim of battery or extreme cruelty by a US Citizen or Lawful Permanent Spouse you may qualify for a green card under the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA). Do not be confused by the name of this law. It applies to both men and women.
The victim of battery or extreme cruelty by a US Citizen or Lawful Permanent Parent or Step-Parent you may qualify for a green card if you are unmarried and under 21 by filing under the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA). Do not be confused by the name of this law. It applies to men and boys as well as women and girls.
The victim of battery or extreme cruelty by a US Citizen Son or Daughter you may qualify for a green card under the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA). Do not be confused by the name of this law. It applies to both men and women.
The child who has been abused, abandoned, or neglected by your parent and you can seek Special Immigrant Juvenile (SIJ) status. After Immigration approves you as an SIJ you may seek your green card.
The abused husband, wife, or child of a Cuban native or citizen can file under the Cuban Adjustment Act.
The abused spouse or child of a lawful permanent resident who received his or her Green Card under the Haitian Refugee Immigrant Fariness Act (HRIFA)
